Hello! I'm Erynn, and I've spent over twelve years helping students discover that math doesn't have to be frustrating.Over the years, I've worked with students from upper elementary through college-level mathematics. I've helped students prepare for quizzes and exams, strengthen foundational skills, improve grades, and gain confidence in their mathematical abilities.I believe that success in math comes from understanding concepts and not just memorizing procedures. My tutoring sessions emphasize critical thinking, problem-solving, and building lasting confidence.I earned my Bachelor of Science in Mathematics along with a minor in Education from Regis University.
My Teaching Philosophy
Every student is capable of succeeding in mathematics, especially when they're given the right support.I strive to create an encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, working through mistakes, and learning at their own pace.Rather than simply giving answers, I guide students through the reasoning behind each step so they develop the skills needed to solve problems independently.My goal isn't just to help students complete tonight's homework—it's to help them become confident, capable learners.
